Luxury Apartment Marija Solare is located on a great location in Opatija just a few minutes walk from the centre of Opatija with a beautiful view of the Kvarner Bay. The apartment is located on the first floor of a beautiful decorated apartment villa. Accommodation is ideal for 2 people, but if necessary, can accommodate up to 4 guests(it is possible to use the sofa in the living room as an extra bed). The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, as well as a living room with direct access to the balcony where you will find a table and chairs and a fascinating sea view. In the evening it is a pleasure to sit on the balcony sipping wine and watching the stars and the moon above the sea.
The apartment is equipped with free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, dishwasher, washing machine, free toiletries and secured parking. The apartment is "pet friendly" on request and at extra charge. A large, shared pool with sun deck is located on site. You also have an outdoor grill when you want to hear the squeaking of meat in addition to the sounds of crickets.

Luxury Marija Solare
The apartment is very clean and everything is new. There is nothing missing. The hosts are very friendly. There were helping us, with everything we needed. The house is very quiet. Close to city and beach. It was just perfect.

Luxury Marija Solare
We stayed at the apartment for several weeks and have truly enjoyed our stay.
The hosts Virna and Zoki are professional and helpful. We arrived without the beach towels and were promptly provided a brand new set. They also helped us to set up the Netflix on the smart TVs and asked if there is anything else needed not to hesitate to call them. The apartment is very clean, nicely furnished with the brand new kitchen and appliances. The kitchen is well equipped that I made good use of it. The balcony has great sea view and very sunny exposure. The building is gated with the free parking space and a lovely pool. Overall great place and well located within short walking distance to the supermarket, beaches and the center of Opatija and lungomare walks.
